The Tree Farm's wide variety of native and non-native trees gives our visitors a look at not only diverse species, but also different forest management zones. Magness is an internationally recognized demonstration forest and outdoor education site enjoyed by thousands of visitors each year.

Magness Memorial Tree Farm has a wonderful variety of flora and fauna to delight bird watchers, plant enthusiasts, and animal lovers. As you relax and enjoy our trails, you may be treated to a regal golden eagle flying overhead or a mischievous striped skunk scurrying across the path ahead of you. Dainty trillium will greet you in the spring and the summer will delight you with all the sights and smells of the forests.
