Magness Tree Farm was donated to the non-profit World Forestry Center in 1977 by generous local residents Howard and Panzy Magness. Each year thousands of people visit to hike in the woods, learn about forest management, and enjoy this beautiful property tucked away in the Chehalam Mountains of the Willamette Valley.

Free and open to the public daily, Magness has 2.5 miles of hiking trails, sheltered picnic areas, rustic bunkhouses, a stream, and meadows that are waiting to be explored.
