World Forestry Center appreciates the diversity of catering food options available in the Portland Metro area. Though our extensive Approved Catering list offers many options for clients, sometimes specialized food is requested that our caterers cannot accommodate. Therefore, we have a buy-out option for these situations. Please inquire for more details.
Full Service Caterers
Full service catering is ideal for larger events, evening gatherings, or events that include alcohol. Your caterer can handle everything from menu planning and setup to onsite staffing, linen rentals, and cleanup. Full service is available for events of any size and is required for events ending past 5:00 PM.

Limited Service Caterers
Limited service catering is best for smaller daytime events of 75 guests or fewer. This option includes drop-off service only, with disposable serviceware and individually packaged non-alcoholic beverages (pre-purchased coffee in “travelers” is allowed). Service is limited to breakfast and lunch, must conclude by 5:00 PM, and does not permit alcohol. Linens, if needed, must be provided by the caterer or returned by the client.
