Tree People Coffee Hour with Nordic Northwest

August 4, 2024 | 1 – 3 pm

Join us for this special summer Coffee Hour hosted in partnership with Nordic Northwest at the World Forest Center on Sunday, August 4 at 1:00 pm.

In celebration of the temporary exhibitionTree People, Nordic Northwest is bringing a Finnish flair to this coffee break. This event will include mingling time over coffee and treats, as well as a guided tour of the Tree People exhibition.

This event is included with the cost of admission which will need to be paid upon arrival. Spots are limited, so please be sure to reserve a ticket.

This coffee hour is part of our Summer at the Discovery Museum programming!

Tree People is a photography exhibition by Ritva Kovalainen and Sanni Seppo that is underpinned with forest-based tradition, myths, and folklore that were once central to people’s lives in rural areas of Finland, Estonia, and East Karelia.
